  6. Hey Amber!
The paper was for my project, Hannah's READ Program (Reading Encourages Academics and Diversity). If you go back into my March 2009 posts, probably the best place to start, you might be able to get a better idea of what my project's about. That is if you have the time to go back through some posts. My first posts are all pretty short though, so it shouldn't take you long.

However, if you don't want to do this/don't have the time to do this, let me know and I will explain better for ya. Also any questions, lemme know!!

    *smiles*

I'm SO glad that you're one of my blogger buddies now!!!

  7. Hey Ashley!
I'm not quite sure that I'm the best person to ask. My thesis was kind of unique. It was for my high school's honors program. We had two years to develop a thesis paper or project. If you did a paper, you needed to write a minimum of 25 pages. A project needed a minimum of 10 pages. So, I did a project and had to write the 10 pages. We had check-in points along the way, with two pages due every time.

It was a tough two years, but it's definitely going to help me next year!

Right now, however, I am working on a term/thesis paper for english and psychology. All of this will only help me later on. Don't let it get daunting, work diligently/with a focus. DON'T PROCRASTINATE!!!!! I know, I know, easier said then done, but seriously try your hardest not to : )

Also, if you want to know more about my project, look at the advice I told Amber ; )

So glad that we've met!! I am loving getting to know you guys!

  10. Hannah,

Wow! It sounds like a pretty difficult project (but hopefully fun, too!). I did the IB (International Baccalaureate) program in high school, and we had to do an Extended Essay, CAS (Creativity, Action, and Service hours), and TOK (Theory of Knowledge--a philosophy class) on top of our other college level classes our junior and senior years in order to graduate with an IB diploma. I picked a topic I really loved for my Extended Essay, and that made the work a lot easier! :)

Anyway, congratulations again! When are you graduating? That's a fun day, to be sure! :D

P.S. Sorry I removed the comment earlier! I noticed an error, and being a bit of a perfectionist, I decided to correct it! ;)

  11. Lol, I think if you're doing it right, it is difficult! However, everyone else in my grade of the honors program thought it was easy......! I was like, "WHAT!?!?!" I don't know what they were doing, but it certainly wasn't what I was doing : )

Yours sounds confusing to me, but I bet it's not really, it just sounds it.

I'm graduating on June 18th, so you can think of me : D

It's all good about deleting the comment, though I'm not gonna lie, I was CONFUSED!!!

  12. Hannah,

Yes, when you do things right it does tend to be harder! But hard work pays off--just keep reminding yourself of that! :)

The IB program was rather difficult (and perhaps confusing!), but I'm glad I did it, not only because I am now a junior after one year of college, but also because I learned more about perseverance, dedication, and hard work. It also helped make me a more well-rounded person. :)

Anyway, hope graduation is wonderful for you! That's the day Toy Story 3 comes out in theaters, so I'll just have to remember in my mind that it's also your graduation! :D

Also, sorry about the confusion. Perfectionism does have its faults! ;)
