I'm back!

Hi!
I am back from New York, have been for 2 days now. It was a good trip, though it felt long surprisingly.
Now that I'm back, I would like to get some work done before I leave on my next trip. I will be leaving on July 19, so it gives me less than 2 weeks. I know that one of my cultures will be Mexico definitely. However, I am still having a difficult time choosing the second! I want it to be fun for the kids(and me!), but it cannot be too difficult. If it is hard, it will make it difficult for me to pick and make activities to go along with it. It seems like such a big decision! : )
